At Dost we had built something genuinely powerful. An AI-native platform solving a real, high-stakes problem for finance teams. What we needed was a brand that matched that ambition. Our communication style was still finding its voice, and as we scaled across markets we knew we needed a more "techie" identity that breathed authority and expertise the moment you encountered it. Something consistent, deliberate and unmistakably ours. We weren't fixing a broken brand. We were levelling it up to reflect the company we already were and the one we're becoming.

Working with Youri was outstanding. He didn't jump straight into design. He immersed himself in the business and our buyer personas, interviewing everyone who mattered: sales, marketing, product, the founders, success... Then he ran a four-hour workshop where, together, we built out the brand attributes, the communication style and the visual direction. It was incredibly dynamic, interactive and participative. At Konvo we were in a delicate moment, doing a full re-brand of name and style to better reflect our value proposition with our audience and help us stand out, and with a very tight schedule. While looking for partners that could support us we spoke with 10+ agencies and freelancers and nothing really clicked, it mostly felt like they were trying to fit a template into our brand instead of understanding what is unique about us.

Youri was different. Our first week into the project we did a brand and values workshop and it was obvious that working with him was the right choice. Youri would not impose his style into us, but rather help us discover our own voice. To be honest, that workshop alone was well worth the investment of the whole project. Provence had clear goals and a strong internal character. But none of it showed on the outside. A foundation had never been laid to give Provence the base it needed to keep growing.

From day one, Youri understood that Alpha Skin’s old identity did not match our audience. In one focused workshop he aligned everyone at the table and translated that into a clear brand strategy and an identity that finally fits who we are. The brandbook became our playbook. It made every decision faster and better. I designed the site for Klyr from the brandbook and even with an external developer the result looks like a professional build. Packaging is exactly as envisioned. Photography brings the mood to life. After launch we immediately saw orders coming in (including a single order worth €190), a 50% increase in conversion rate, and a wave of positive feedback. People finally see the brand we had in mind. Youri gave us a foundation we can scale on.

Before launching ACT, I was looking for someone who could do more than just create something visually appealing. I needed a brand identity that truly reflected the vision and values behind the concept: action, conquer and triumph. From the logo to the color palette and overall visual direction, I needed help shaping the entire branding which also has the potential to work for supplements or merchandise. Before Youri starts designing, he wants to understand you: who you are, how you talk, what you do, how you eat, what you stand for and what you want to convey.
