Konvo is the conversational AI platform built for e-commerce brands. It proactively assists, converts and reactivates customers with human-like conversation, making powerful technology feel intuitive and accessible.
Formerly known as Hoola, the Berlin based company partnered with Yvdh to rename, reposition, and redesign the brand from the ground up. The result is a bold, scalable identity rooted in clarity, trust, and ambition. Built to match the strength of their product and the vision of their future.

From vague to visionary, a strategic renaming & rebrand
Konvo was originally known as Hoola, a name that didn’t carry the weight or meaning of what the product had evolved into. The team needed more than a name, they needed a brand that would scale with their ambition, align with their audience, and clarify their purpose. Yvdh guided them through a strategic workshop to dig into the soul of the brand and bring alive a name & identity that can lead their next chapter.
A bold system designed for performance and personality
The Konvo logotype features rounded forms with negative space speech bubbles in the O’s, symbolising the dynamic between AI and human. The identity uses a confident, contrast-heavy palette: Konvo Coral, Night Purple, and Dawn Purple. Typography balances functional tech with expressive warmth. Every visual element reinforces the brand’s confidence and clarity.

Conversations that build trust, fuel ambition, and create impact
The Konvo strategy is anchored in three core brand values: Trust, Ambition, and Impact. These values became the compass for all messaging, design, and internal culture. We explored archetypes, landed on a clear brand purpose, and shaped a narrative that positioned Konvo as the intelligent, intuitive, humanlike layer between brands and customers.
Confident, clear, and human, just like the product
We defined a tone of voice that speaks boldly but plainly, using human language over jargon. Messaging is clear and direct, with a confident ambition that never feels pushy. Every line, from taglines to product descriptions, was crafted to echo the brand’s mission: revolutionising e-commerce through meaningful, scalable conversation.

A deep dive into connection, commerce, and conversation
Rather than traditional interviews, Yvdh facilitated a focused, four-hour brand workshop, supported by
a pre-session questionnaire. These revealed the emotional and practical needs behind the rebrand: to distance Konvo from generic AI competitors, better reflect their tech’s human quality, and appeal
to fast-moving e-commerce teams. It was in this immersion that the soul of Konvo began to surface.
From digital touchpoints to physical brand presence
The new identity came to life across launch materials, internal presentations, and event assets. From
T-shirts and hoodies to business cards, posters, and a conversion-focused landing page, Konvo’s brand system is built to adapt seamlessly across platforms, formats, and moments. It shows up just as confidently at a marketing party as it does in a sales deck.

At Konvo we were in a delicate moment, doing a full re-brand of name and style to better reflect our value proposition with our audience and help us stand out, and with a very tight schedule. While looking for partners that could support us we spoke with 10+ agencies and freelancers and nothing really clicked, it mostly felt like they were trying to fit a template into our brand instead of understanding what is unique about us.
Youri was different. Our first week into the project we did a brand and values workshop and it was obvious that working with him was the right choice. Youri would not impose his style into us, but rather help us discover our own voice. To be honest, that workshop alone was well worth the investment of the whole project. From there on, it was super easy to work with Youri, always responsive, always professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to make Konvo shine.
The results speak for themselves. We did a launch video and private event to share the rebrand with the world and the feedback was amazing. I still get comments every single week saying how cool and unique our brand is, so we could not be happier.
